The vpjl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vpjl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
vpjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, cheating, or collusion; AML or KYC compliance requirements; regulatory direction from PAGCOR or other competent Philippine authorities; or any conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.
Upon termination of an account for cause, vpjl reserves the right to retain any funds in the account pending investigation. Funds determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Funds determined to be legitimately the player's own may be returned at vpjl's discretion following the conclusion of any investigation.
Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting vpjl support via live chat. Voluntarily closed accounts with verified balances will have outstanding funds returned via the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.
vpjl may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published at vpjl.org/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly stated.
